Sometimes you really need to stop and ask yourself.. WTF ? But then again, what self respecting blond haired, blue eyed, 20 year old peice of *** & beauty queen living the life at Trumps building would not be boozing and partying in NYC? Come on Donald... cut the girl some slack ! Granted she may not be the poster girl for chastity and virtue but she wasnt selected on the sheer grounds of her academic abilities now was she? Had she not been an alltogether hot P.O.A. she wouldnt have been crowned, and if she had not been at least somewhat promiscous and sassy would she have ever made it into the pageant in the first place???

The National Ledger reports: "She does not live here anymore," a doorman at the posh property tells the New York Post. "She is not allowed on Trump property. I don't think it was her choice, really."

According to Google News: The organizers of the Miss USA pageant said they are evaluating the "behavioral and personal issues" of the reigning winner and will decide her future in a week.

Pageant officials and Donald Trump, who co-owns the Miss Universe Organization with NBC, would not say last week what Kentucky native Tara Conner, 20, had done to prompt the serious evaluation.

"I can't really talk about it now," Trump said. "But we have to make a decision. There is no question about that."

Underage drinking? -Had it not been for Underage Drinking 90% of us males would have been virgins well into our twenties.

"American Pie" actress turns herself in at NY court

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Actress , the star of "American Pie" accused of threatening to sexually molest a dog, turned herself in at a New York court on Friday.

A bench warrant was issued for her arrest in January after Lyonne, who has also appeared in "Blade," and "Scary Movie 2," missed four court hearings.

The 27-year-old faced a number of charges including criminal mischief, harassment and trespassing after accusations she threatened to sexually molest her former neighbor's dog and ripped a mirror off the wall during a 2004 argument.

At the Manhattan Criminal Court appearance, drug counselor Heather Hayes said Lyonne had completed an in-patient drug program in February and continued to attend outpatient rehabilitation groups.

Judge Anthony Ferrara said the charges would be dropped if the actress stayed out of trouble for the next six months.

In the court complaint, Lyonne's former roommate claimed Lyonne trashed their apartment and then banged on a neighbor's door, rushed into that apartment and picked up her dog, telling the woman, "I'm going to sexually molest your dog."
